At Hope Now, we provide compassionate, person-centered behavioral health services for youth, adults, and families. Our approach focuses on the whole person—supporting emotional wellness, recovery, stability, independence, and the skills needed to navigate everyday life.
Our community-based support services help individuals manage symptoms, develop coping skills, coordinate care, overcome barriers, and work toward meaningful personal goals.
Individual and family counseling, psychosocial rehabilitation, and therapeutic groups help individuals strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, develop life skills, and build greater independence.
Therapeutic groups provide opportunities for connection, skill-building, education, and recovery support. Nursing services include clinical assessment, health education, medication support, care coordination, and ongoing monitoring.
Services are individualized based on medical necessity, clinical assessment, eligibility, cultural needs, and each individual’s treatment goals and participation in the planning process. Services are provided in accordance with applicable Medicaid requirements, payer guidelines, and accreditation standards.
Whether you or someone you love is navigating mental health challenges, substance use, or barriers to stability and independence, Hope Now is here to help connect you with support, resources, and a path forward.
